Laser Technology

Our fully integrated CNC rotary axis chuck permits the cutting of round, square and rectangular shaped tubes.
Press Brakes
Precision CNC controlled press brakes with 8 axis back gauging along with a large selection of “New Standard” tooling, teamed with skilled craftsmen, dominate the most challenging forming requirements.
Robotic Welding
High speed state-of-the-art 6 axis robots combined with “Ferris wheel” and turntable style positioners allow RuMar to process a large variety of parts in various sizes and configurations. In house tooling and fixture capabilities combine to complete your projects in timely and precise fashion.
Custom Tube Bending
RuMar has a broad selection of services for efficient production of various radius bends using round, square, rectangular, oval, and special tube shapes. Materials include carbon, galvanized, and stainless steel as well as aluminum and other alloys.
Production Sawing
Our state-of-the-art, high performance KBR-460-NA Kaltenbach Bandsaw System combines sound machine design with modern and efficient components. The robust double column machine with inclined sawband permits precise cuts of solids, profiles, layers and bundles.
Custom Metal Fabrication
Our complete metal fabricating knowledge and large equipment inventory enable us to use the right machine for the job, meeting our customers’ needs. All tools and special machines are designed and built in RuMar’s own tool room to guarantee a quality and timely product.
Metal Finishing
RuMar has taken advantage of the latest technology in metal finishing equipment. With this four head machine, we can accomplish deburring and finishing operations on stainless, aluminum and carbon steel parts as small as 3 inches square to parts as large as 48” x 120”.
